disagree. there is no point to me. they're at school to be in class learning shit. isn't that what we are paying taxes for
 surely they can go a whole 7 hours without checking their social networking site.

I agree with JC. While it can be frustrating for the student, there is absolutely no reason for a student to have to go on during school time. Students should spend their time on the school computers doing more productive things.
