Ohkaee, so how do I add just normal stuff to my side bar? (eg. elite friends latest pictures)

I'm pretty sure you can edit that in the Wordpress text editor and choose the sidebar.php file off the list to edit. If not, there should be a file like sidebar.php laying around somewhere that you can edit. Mind you, it uses PHP so be forewarned that it could probably confuse you if you're not familiar with it. As for your elite friends' latest pictures thing, I'm sure on what you're wanting to do.
