It's not bad, but it's missing... enthusiasm? It needs some more 'oomph'. Try using different colors and try to make it look interesting so a person viewing the page would want to stay on it longer. Also, I agree with Beenly and Natalia; the fonts are too grungy for such a simple, plain layout and the colors are too dark so they're unnoticeable making it difficult to both look at and read. Additionally, try staying consistent with your layout (you have edited headers for the band members, about me, upcoming shows, etc. but none for friends or comments). I don't mind the dark, grungy attitude you're going for but the way you tried to deliver it is a bit too overpowering and a little overrated as well. Try to experiment with rollovers and work on how you display your content. The content seems so cluttered and not very well structured that it makes it a sore to look at. Try looking at online tutorials and/or design-type websites for development of your skills and inspiration.
