Feeling pain in dreams., or discomfort. Options

So, you know how there are some dreams you have and that you get hurt. Do you ever feel the pain? or discomfort?
Last night i had a dream that i got shot in the throat...it didn't hurt, it felt like someone was pressing their finger on my throat though. But i could feel the open flesh sting. I thought it was really weird. Or another time i was eating twizzlers and i felt like i couldn't swallow them. Like they were stuck. And when i woke up i was laying on my pillow funny where my throat, again, was being pressed on funny.
So have you ever felt pain or discomfort in your dreams?

I had a dream, where there was a clone of all my closest friends, and they were evil, and they tricked me into thinking they were the real ones, so I told them to run away, and I killed all of the people that I thought were clones but were actually my friends, and my dog. It was one of those dreams, that looked and felt real and I woke up in a cold sweat. It was a really sad dream. I remembered cutting my dogs ribcage open in the dream, with a dagger, more then I did stabbing all my best friends in the chest as they ran and screamed. I cuddled with my dog when I woke up.

Also. A couple times, my brother told me we started peeing on the floor in his dream, and when he woke up he was peeing in his bed. He's 15.
