quick question,
when you buy a laptop or computer is it supposed to come with a CD inside?? my friend bought a laptop and it did, and i bought one too but no CDs came with it, and my old XP desktop didn't come with one either when i bought it.. |

Many retailers don't include a disc with your computer. Often times you can boot to a separate partion on the HDD with applications that allow you to reformat the primary partition and reinstall the the factory default image. Microsoft requires manufactures that ship their products with Windows preinstalled to include a process for the user to reinstall windows on that machine.
