I was just curious how many of you have studied abroad, either in high school or in college. Or if any of you are interested in studying abroad and what steps you're taking to make that happen...

I'd just like to hear a little bit about your experience, since I'm interested in eventually studying abroad.

I'm planning on studying abroad someplace in Europe (England? Italy? Germany?) sometime in my fourth year of college. I will be doing my first co-operative education next year so that I can help my parents pay for some/most of my tuition fees.

My sister worked at my school's international exchange program full-time for her co-operative education, so she knows about all the steps in applying for exchange. And she's currently in preparation for her exchange term in Prague or Dublin next year, so I'll probably be asking her lots of questions regarding what I need to have done, etc.
