wireless router question

if you forget your password to your wireless network is it possible to find it (through the settings and junk at the router ip) or change the password without doing a complete reset of the router? i don't wanna have to reconfigure it really.

darn. i figured it wasn't, seeing as that would seem to defeat the purpose of the password in the first place if anyone could get on and just change it.

f*ck i don't know why i didn't write it down
