Scroll Box Help -or- Make a download link Options

I have two questions. You may answer any of the two or both.

1) I am trying to put a code for one of my layouts into a scroll box for others to copy, but instead some of the code is in the box and the rest is actually appearing on the page. How can I fix that?

2) I would like to know how can I let others download my layouts from my website. How can I do that?

For your code problem, convert all
