Help with comments 2.0, 2.0 normal profile Options

I want to make it so the comments extend the page, not go up and behind my DIV overlay.. I also need to hide everything except the display name / picture... I've tried a few things, but it condenses all the whole comment module into this smaller one, which I don't want
