Im not looking to do professional printing cause then i know id have to be concerned with dpi of the image . . but if i made an album cover 600x600 px . . when i print it will it fit in a normal size cd case?

Make it 15cm x 15cm.
Then you have space for cut offs and what not. If your printer isn't retarted, he can resize it himself. |
