i know this question has been asked soo many times before but i cant seem to find any topics that are clear on how to make custom skins...i know exactly what i wanna do but i just dont know how to start...if ne1 knows how could u please tell me?
 and i wanna upload a jpg file that i made but i dont know where to upload it...ne good places? |

good place to upload a jpg file is www.photobucket.com. The rest about making a skin is confusing to me too...
