but seriously now that you've been patronized by the elite for using this on the day of it's actual release, give me a review. what did you use before? i mainly use firefox. i don't really like safari for some reason, it just doesn't "feel" right to me. i might download this though and see what i think compared to the others.

but seriously now that you've been patronized by the elite for using this on the day of it's actual release, give me a review. what did you use before? i mainly use firefox. i don't really like safari for some reason, it just doesn't "feel" right to me. i might download this though and see what i think compared to the others. i dislike that safari opens a new tab when you control or command enter to add the www. and .com to a link while firefox keeps it in the window you typed it in. i'll command t to open a new tab then type the address then it opens it in another new tab leaving the one i just opened blank. i opened that one for a reason not so i could have another open. anyway, that's why i don't like safari. if i could change that, and if there's a way i'm probablay just too lazy to find it, i'd switch to safari |

i dislike that safari opens a new tab when you control or command enter to add the www. and .com to a link while firefox keeps it in the window you typed it in. i'll command t to open a new tab then type the address then it opens it in another new tab leaving the one i just opened blank. i opened that one for a reason not so i could have another open. You can open a new tab and then...just hit Return instead of ⌘-Return to go to a URL. Or am I missing something? Well if I haven't been to that website before will it automatically add the www. and the .com? For instance let's say for some reason I'd not been to google and my browser didn't recognize it. I could type that into an address bar and hit ctrl enter and that would auto add the www. and .com. In safari it does that, but in an additional tab. |
