Hello everyone, I really ned your help on this one! Please!
I was wondering if anyone had the code or knew how to put a video into a top banner, something like this.

ok, I tried it on a normal profile and worked perfectly but than when I tried it on the bands profile I was unable toget the right position, I used different values and no luck...here's the whole code and the link to the page where's at, that way you can see what I'm talking about,I think I'm doing something wrong, any help would be highly appreciate it
