Error, and I have no idea what this one means

This error (an image of it is attached) keeps popping up whenever I launch rainmeter, what's wrong with it?

except windows has no sudo. UAC is the closest thing. And it's delete, not del.

Also you would need to define a full path, not just use that kind of shitty relative directory.
