This error (an image of it is attached) keeps popping up whenever I launch rainmeter, what's wrong with it?

Fun fact: Anything newer than windows 2000 will not allow you to delete System32.
Also, looks like you downloaded the 64 bit when you needed 32 bit, or vice versa. |
