Well, the reason i said false is because of a situation that happened with a friend of mines friend who was murdered over the summer.
I guess in most cases though i would say true however i was just thinking of Justin, the kid who was brutally murdered. And i guess when you see a teen kill another kid their age, what makes them think they wont do it again? So i guess if i could edit my post i would be half and half. It would depend on the situation for me. |
