I kinda hate adobe on their part. It's really annoying to upgrade to new software.. which it's only been what a year since cs4? They can easily let people install plug gins... or make updates to upgrade the software. Example like Itunes.

I kinda hate adobe on their part. It's really annoying to upgrade to new software.. which it's only been what a year since cs4? They can easily let people install plug gins... or make updates to upgrade the software. Example like Itunes. i kind of agree, but music and graphic editing are two complete different things ( plus they're owned by two different companies ). i think adobe has nothing to fear with plugins, because that's what users on the internet do. they find ways to find these types of stuff and squeeze them into photoshop ( kind of like GIMP pluggins ). for the upgrade part, i'm pretty sure half the users are already annoyed by the long time to install photoshop. maybe the upgrades can be small, but i don't see a point in continuously downloading extra stuff if I'm not going to use them in the future. i'll change my mind when adobe can incorporate some type of marvelous special update that will dazzle the audience, lol. |
