Layout: RaveGirl, Constructive criticism plz Rating Options

This Layout was rejected because (and i quote);

*the image is clearly not well designed ;it\'s just a \"neon glow\" effect on a picture of a girl changed to red. the structure of the layout isn\'t strong either.*

first off christy, thats your opinion and it doesnt speak 4 every 1 sum ppl like simple layouts and secondly the image is NOT just a girl and a neon glow it just so happens that i made a vector design put it on a blank canvas added a girl made the boxes and then turnd it into a neon glow. as far as structure wat makes it strong eh? dnt be so uptight and mean while rejecting layouts maybe u should tell them wat u think could help fix it.

Any way here it iz if u dont agree with christy n would like this layout let me know.

You aren't going to make it anywhere in life if you freak out just from receiving criticism.

Although the girl is hot, it is a very basic and badly designed layout with a very 90's early 2000's look to it, and if I'll be honest it's pretty ghetto. We have a quality standard, and this just doesn't cut it.

And if this were real life (which you need to learn it isn't) I would be telling you that you should really apologize, to Christy right now.

if you read my first post u will see i did apologize and just to make u happy i will again, Christy im srry you r right and i am wrong flat out, also as i stated b4 thank you every 1 4 the tips im working on a new layout and im acually going to take time on it and put sum effort into it,

^ Then why would you submit it to a site that is looking for quality designs and not just stuff that was quickly thrown together? There's nothing wrong with posting here in the Showcase forum with a "hey, I just threw this together do you guys think it has potential?" kind of thread, but saying that you submitted it and don't think it should've been rejected when you yourself say it's low quality baffles me.

ive changed my myspace layout to a layout made by createblogs very own Alek so a thanks 2 him/her as well for giving ppl sumthing to look at while im creating this new layout, your work is truly brilliant. And finally i guess its safe to say that ive obtained all i can get from this tread and your ideas so is it too much to ask 4 a lock or w/e it is u guys/girls do?
