Help: friends & comments on DIV, I need major help with adding friends and comments on a DIV layout for Options

Okay so I'm coding this layout for this guy and I'm finally done but he decides to change his mind and now he wants both his comments and friends showing, I have no idea what to do because I really don't want to have to code the whole layout over again, so can someone please help me.
