It says on the bottle, but either way it's not hard to eye it 1 cup for small loads 2 for bigger loads. Cold for clothes, hot for towels and bedding. Two types: darks and lights. Don't mix them.

Hahaha, i was gonna say how i find it inexcusable to not know how to do laundry after a certain age.

My mama had no problem letting my brothers shit sit in the basement and let him suffer until he figured it out for himself lmao
