I've been trying to make a band layout for days but im having some problems with the headers. Ive put in the codes for the blogs and my picture and when i add a new blog, my top banner gets dragged down with it. I saw about the left side might overlap so i changed the width so that it doesnt but im still having the same problem. ive gone over the tutorials many times and have searched through over topics but found nothing. Any help would be much appreciated as this is the last thing i have to do before i finish.

It's because you two use a different method to create space between the navigation bar and the content. Like I said, read and follow the tutorial I linked. There's a bit there that tells you how to do just that.
