skipping your period |

Ok so I recently saw on a show that you can skip your period. I did some research and found this to be true. The only down side was that I would have had to start this method last month to skip my period this month. Now, I'm supost to be getting my period on my birthday and I obviously really don;t want that to happen. So I'm wondering if there's any way for me to still skip it this month, or even make it so it comes earlier or later. Any feedback would be greatly apreciated.

I saw on tyra banks period episode
I did research and it said that if I wanted to skip it for this month (october) I would have had to skip the sugar pills last month to see results for this month |
