I've said this before, they're used for different things. Gimp is where it's at for basic photo manipulation (ie. cut and paste jobs, recoloring, etc.). PSP is good for vectors and such. Photoshop is a good all-encompassing program.
The one thing that really bothers me with photoshop is the selection tool. I like GIMP's selection tool much better. |
