Anywhere I can improve this and stay under budget?
I'm planning on trying to unlock the Sempron's second core, so a mobo I can do that with is required. Found an old hard drive, so I have extra money to buy a decent GPU instead of using the HD2400 I had in a box.
I'm thinking this will be my final build.
