do you read nutrition labels when you buy food at the grocery store? or at fast food places and restaurants?
and if you do, what kind of stuff do you check? i look at them all the time when i buy stuff or go out to eat and i check most of the label. |

its very important for me to stay healthy i break dance i dont read labels though i know what i should buy and what i shouldnt i know that fast food is bad i only have it as a treat like once a month.
