when your getting paid per impression do you get 5 cents or is 1,000 impressions for 5 cents in most cases?

btw i heard adsense only does paid per click on ads, do they do impressionss too?

There's really no fixed payout. The types of ads you receive vary and depend on the type of content you have on your website. If you're blogging about medicine and pharmaceuticals or law, you'll likely get high-paying ads. If you're running a resource site, you'll get low-paying ads. How much advertisers are willing to pay is based on the value of that industry (medical products are generally more expensive), and how saturated the industry is. Resource ads don't pay very much because advertisers have to deliver ads to a demographic (usually minors) that probably won't be buying their products in the first place.
