Abstract!
I finally got myself to use Photoshop, I've been using Paint Shop Pro. And you can make some really cool abstract images with it! You should try it!  But since you said a cartoon or celebrity maybe hmm... Penelope Cruz? Or maybe a movie-based layout, we haven't had many of those -- at least I haven't seen many.
