I don't mean to sound like a bitch or anything but if you already know those things need to be worked on, why did you choose to use those images? There are better pictures of him out there.


That aside, I think you should make your banner go all the way across the screen because when I view your layout, it cuts off:

And like Tina pointed out, your swirls are a bit choppy. Also I'm not too crazy about the colors you chose. The light blue is a bit random.
