How to cut out voice from a song? |

Okay well im making beats,
and i was looking around. and i found this here. and see how the voice is cut out? i know they had 2 get that from another song. i have FL studio 8, thats about it. so what program, or how do i use like the chorus from another song, and use it as my own.

I don't make music anymore, but when I did, I didn't use samples or anything. I created all of my own synths and samples with Nexus.
