I think the font is alright. Just because they said to change the bright red doesn't mean you stick to white. Try something different, maybe a purple or something. Match it with the colours in the layout. Also, the white text is hard to read against her skin in the bottom left corner. You may also want to play with the positioning/angles of the text.
Use whatever textures you want, but make sure they don't distract from the main image. Remember not to use any textures over a person's face, that's a big no. Try to stay away from scanlines. They get a bit cliche and overused. |
