So i've had this problem for a few weeks now and at first i thought it was because i had a really irritating virus and that it would go away once i fixed it. Nope, still having the problem and its making simple searching such a hassle.
So for example today i google searched Jansport backpacks and once i clicked the link i wanted to go to it shows me this green symbol on the side and then takes me to a different site.

So usually out of all the times i click a link after google searching it usually always gives me that green symbol then takes me completely somewhere else.

I'm using mozilla but this also happens in IE and i don't know how to fix it. I don't know how to make it stop.

Sounds like you have a hijacker :P

Try running:

Please post a log of what it finds, and let me know what the results are.
