firefox and internet explorer see my layout wrong but safari and google chrome see it fine Options

making this new layout and i noticed it wasnt working right in firefox and IE
on firefox it wont show the flash animation i put in the midle of the slices and on IE it shows like this grey color behind the slices but it does show the flash clip on IE
