I made it for my temple's anniversary. I just thought it'd be interesting to hear others' opinions. And it's sort of important that I don't submit anything "ugly." (:  -THANK YOU! btw, I can get pretty girly with my designs -_-" |

Its basic, but pretty. You set the contrast and brightness a little too high. And the brushes are a little cliche but they work. You should make the grey bar a little bit transparent.
