Problems With Dog & Moving To A New House, bark bark bark

I'm moving to a new house in about a week. New town. Everything.

My dog is four years old and has never lived with a fence.
He is free to roam where-ever as we currently live out of town.

In our NEW town, we live in a neighborehood and the people living next to us have a giant barking BOXER for a dog :/

we also will now have a fence.

ON TOP OF THAT, we have a walking path that will go RIGHT behind the back end of our yard and a playground a few yards away from that. My dog will go crazy and bark. Since we're renting, he isnt allowed to or he will have to be given away.

The fence thing worries me too. He's a big dog, and can easily jump it.
on top of that- what if he and the boxer dont become "friends" ? and just have a barking fit all the time?

I dont wanna give away my dog :(
People have suggested putting a bark collar on him straight away when we move. But that doesnt solve the fence problem.

AND he's MY dog, so i think my parents will make ME pay for the bark collar. IDK if i have the money for it right now.

Sorry this is so long, and tips or tricks? advice? ideas?

School is also starting up soon and i wont be able to keep watch on him while we're gone so he doesnt bark or jump the fence(if he will, not sure if he will or not yet)

He's an outside dog btw. Inside while we're out is not a possibility.

just give a serious answer or dont even post at all.

If i were you i would bring your dog over to the place more. Maybe even spend the night there and have him get use to everything new.
