Mypace credit getting trapped under masthead, on different resolutions Options

so ive been using this code for my credit link on myspace for the top right corner.

i always use large monitors so i never noticed it till today on a smaller public computer, but the credit gets cut off under the top banner on smaller resolutions, anyone know why or how to fix it.

holy crap, i totally thought i already had the z-index in there.
