Trying to align it in I.e Options

I was in my dads room watching t.v, decided to check my hits, saw that my thing was unaligned.

Now, it's better from before, but still F'ed up.

And I did the coding way to make it aligned in I.e but it's a bit off still, any suggestions?

Mike, Now I added your codes, If I was to put the Layout pattern as center, it Messes up.

If I don't, and keep it top left, it's a bit off on F.F But aligned on I.e.
I had the I.e/firefox switch tab before, but it stopped working, works now lol.

On my friends computer, I.e is perfectly aligned, the top ad is at the bottom though.
On firefox, the top header part is a bit to the left.

On f.f for me it's aligned, on I.e it's a tiny bit off
