Is there a code for a flash banner...like this one example I really hope this person does not care that i am using their xanga as an example.
 I just want one that is flash like that and that moves, im not trying to copy them. Is there a code for a flash banner? There wasn't one in the scripts section.

You basically have to make it yourself.
I think that there are flash programs out there. That person probably did the flash banner themselves, there's really not a particular code. It's just a matter of making it and putting it in your banner. =\ |
