shows header / blog problems in band profile, band profile Options

hello again.. i am still trying to fix all the stuff on our new band-myspace page... still having some troubles tho... actually only with the shows header.. just cant seem to get the right stuff together again.. can anyone tell me what im doing wrong? i guess its the px's i dont really get..

also im having problems with the blog section in internet explorer (FF is allright)?

ps. does any of you guys know about problems with 1680x1050 screens.. a friend of mine told me its messed up in there..
