I know a lot of you guys have bad breath, don't lie. Here are some simple ways to prevent it.
First off all, don't chew gum. My #1 advice for you. Gum just makes your breath worse. And sir, I don't care if it's Eclipse or Juicy Fruit or whatever, they do not work!!!! Brush your TONGUE more than you teeth. Yes, brushing your teeth is important too but if you want a nice, fresh breath, you must brush your tongue. If your afraid of the gag kicking in, then squeeze your nose balls! Shit ... well that's my advice of the day. Mouthwashing after is a big bonus, but do not chew gum. Buh Bye! |

Brush your TONGUE more than you teeth. Yes, brushing your teeth is important too but if you want a nice, fresh breath, you must brush your tongue. Yeah, brushing your tongue is a good way to eliminate odor in your mouth. Also, if you don't have a toothbrush around at the moment, you could always eat an apple. If you bite into an apple, the crisp fibrous flesh of the apple cleans your teeth and the pectin in the apple gets rid of the bad odor. Another way is to drink a cup of black tea. It inhibits growth of bacteria that causes bad breath. There are polyphenols in the tea that destroy the bacteria. Green Tea works too, but not as well as the black tea. Lastly... you could chew on a sprig of parsley or mint. |
