With the layout I'm doing, in FF its centered [the rollover links] but in IE, it's way to the left. (Like over 200px)

First off, you should clean up your codes. You have a bunch of style tags and CSS in your HTML so get all that CSS and style tags out of your .Main DIV class. Next, there are other DIV tags near the bottom of the code that aren't even closed. You should also try getting rid of the DIV container for the navigation since it's already in a DIV container. All you have to do is add some line breaks after the last link. You also have some random span and table tags.
