Anyone guess who it is? Still a WIP. This is about 2 and a half to 3 hrs in. I'm actually quite off on the face.

From the reference photo that datrooper posted, I think that you should redo the lips and the face, and skin. You made his face look white and fat. Good job with the shadows and highlights on the jacket and the shirt. The bowtie looks alright, but flat.
