Drafting against own country, i think its stupid.... Options

Tell me what you think about this....

Example: The US is going to war against Iraq. You're parents immagrated from Iraq and your parents hate this war. You are drafted for the US army to go fight against Iraq but in other words u will be fighting against ur own ppl.

What do u think about this?

I hate this idea.... if i was chosen to fight against Macedonia then i would run away from this country because that country is where my parents came from and where I know my uncle lives and a lot of my relatives do.

if the war was as bogus as iraq, i would not go. Im not iraqi, but i will NOT die defending the political and economical choices of a bunch of rich men I never have and never will meet, just because I live under their flag. When it coems down to survival and life, i dont care what rich man I am ruled under, or what borders I am inside, unless its a legit cause, I'm not going. Don't waste your time calling me scared or a coward, I have put close to 4 years into the fire department, and I've gone into numerous house fires JUST to save property knowing noones inside...ive had my share of close calls, and I still go in. I just refuse to die for a bogus cause, or THIS president
