so i've been working in a new layout for my myspace profile and i've got to options and can't make up my mind, on one the header has paint splatters and the second doesnt, and i know the links are still myspace's default style i need to change that.
Live Preview: Paint splatters No Paint splatters which one looks better? c&c also it's been tested in IE and Safari, so if anyone has another browser tell me how it looks |

I agree with everyone saying no paint splatters. Either download a higher quality brush for them, or don't use them on such nice pics. I'm not really feeling to background texture, or the random wordpress icon inside the layout. Other than that, I think it was nicely done. Have you tried using rollovers with the single image method? It makes it so it doesn't "blink"..

Have you tried using rollovers with the single image method? It makes it so it doesn't "blink".. :emm: no, never heard of it.. is there a code to preload the rollover images? the background takes a bit to load too.. but i had to leave it like that for higher resolutions on topic: yeah.. that's why i posted the topic i wasn't i liked it clear without the paint splatters but i wasn't sure.. |
