So I'm really running dry on the music as of late, and I thought I turn to you guys for a little music inspiration.

I listen to alternative indie stuff so please no hip-hop, rap, r&b, mainstream stuff. I kinda enjoy that obscure sound.

That's the one special thing about hip hop. You can basically cross over into other genres as well. I think it's great to use a techno beat since they both were pioneered in a similar fashion. They both originated in the African-American community, so why not put the two together?

Anyways, not sure if you would like this guy, but here's someone you might or might not like. His lyrics are really creative, and a lot of times you have to analyze some of his lines to get a basic understanding of what he is conveying since they have hidden references in them.
