ALL SITES MAY NOT DO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING;
A) Utilize the Services to send mass unsolicited e-mail to third parties.

B) Utilize the Services to be involved in the distribution of tools designed for the aiding of Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE).

C) Utilize the services in such a way that User becomes documented on a recognized SPAM abuse list or if the User has previously been denied access from another provider due to acceptable use policy violations.

D) Black Hawk Data Services does not allow the use of IRC on the BHDS network.

E) Utilize the Services in connection with any illegal activity.
(1) Utilize the Services to copy material from third parties (including text, graphics, music, videos or other copyrightable material) without proper authorization;
(2) Utilize the Services to misappropriate or infringe the patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
(3) Utilize the Services to traffic in illegal drugs, illegal gambling, obscene materials or other any products or services that are prohibited under applicable law;
(4) Utilize the Services to export encryption software to points outside the United States in violation of applicable export control laws; or
(5) Utilize the Services in any manner that violates applicable state, federal and international law.

What you're offering [space/bandwidth/mysql/etc]:
Basically it's just like you have hosting from a paid web host. You get access to cPanel, which will allow you to add MySQL databases and so forth by yourself. You can host a domain if you have one, all you will need to do is let us know what your domain is, then you will need to change your DNS to the name servers we provide you with.

At this time, we are offering the following:
- 100 MB of web space
- 4 gigs of bandwidth (Equals out to 4,096 MB)
- 2 MySQL databases.
- Unlimited Subdomains (If you are hosting your own domain this is good, if you aren't it's kind of useless.
- you.bhds.us or your own domain.

You are basically a customer, which means I will register you in the client system. So, you are able to rock out and post support tickets and stuff.

Basically it's paid hosting for free.

You must have a FTP program and know how to code HTML as a basic need. With this hosting, you can do the same as paid hosting.

Our servers are hosted in Herndon, Virginia and Los Angeles, California by ServerBeach (A PEER1 Company). They hosted all the YouTube servers until YouTube was bought out by Google. They have a nation wide redundant network and their datacenters are top notch.

I have been in the hosting business for years. For a while I hosted some CreateBlog websites, I can't remember what sites, but I am sure they are gone now. Mike used to be a customer of mine before we had to shut down operations due to some legal issues.
