The U.S belongs to Mexico!
All non-Hispanic races needn't be here! This question will be removed but it doesn't ignore the fact that Mexicans will be the majority race in 20 years! Viva la raza! Stick to your own race like all races have done before us! There is no such thing as equal rights among racial groups! Only the strong survives and that is why we Mexicans are rising in numbers, power and finally carrying out our agendas - taking the U.S back and making it part of Mexico once again! LA RAZA! ![]() |

I think employment should be awarded by merit; not race or gender.
TRUE STORY Two females, one black, one white, with equal qualifications, apply for the position of Shift Supervisor. The black woman is known to refuse tasks assigned to her, while the white woman often goes out of her way to help others. Their interview scores are a draw. The black woman is promoted to Shift Supervisor, because of Equal Opportunity. She refuses to help her staff, disallows communication between co-workers, and will often shout violently when confronted with a question to which she does not know the answer. Her superiors well knew she would supervise poorly prior to the interview process, and have admitted so. Equal Opportunity may have given one person a promotion, but lowered the moral and productivity of 30 employees. (Don’t worry, we got with Internal Affairs, who offered her mandatory supervision training.) I am by no means implying that Black, Hispanic, or Asian men or women have poor work standards. This situation is only an example of Equal Opportunity’s faults. A persons race or gender should never revise their opportunity for growth. Such should be concluded by qualification and character, exclusively. |
