im new to createblog. but i want some feedback.

This looks nice, but this background is very generic looking for bands, especially rising grindcore and hardcore bands. The MISSIONS text at the top bothers me a lot. It's a nice effect, but you should make it a flash object instead. It took five minutes to load on my computer. As for the music player. The box around it should be smaller, and this is my opinion, but I don't fancy being able to change the player colors. Default always looks best to me.

Yeah the background is so cliché, imo. It's typical. "Missions" looks weird too. Well not weird, but I think the editing on it could be better. Other than that, everything looks nice.
