okay..so heres this all time low banner-background thing i made c&c would be nice plez i really would like to get better :D oh before the picture was just a plan picture with no colors or text..
Reason for edit: Please use [thumb] tags instead of [img] tags when posting large images. - Mike

Like the colors don't even blend well. You should have gotten some soft brushes and painted over the image and changed the blending modes. The font could have been better, imo. And the motion blur is really weird. Also the paint splatters are so random. There's just too much going on.
