Flash Layout, Help?

I'm in the makings of a flash layout for my Myspace. I know how to design and all other jizz.. But the only problem is... How do I code if to be appropriate for Myspace & to work on my Myspace?

We also have a couple of flash layout designers here like Rachael and Gio so you could probably ask them for help if you want. shrug.gif
